Position Overview

As an integral part of our team, you will oversee the entire process of managing meetings and events, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final execution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the complete lifecycle of meetings and events inquiries, including responding to calls and emails, crafting proposals, and guiding clients through the planning and logistics stages.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients regarding meeting and event rates, adhering to established selling guidelines to help achieve the hotel's financial objectives.
  • Follow up with clients after events to gather feedback and foster repeat business opportunities.
  • Promote all global properties within the Hoxton and Ennismore portfolio to maximize revenue across corporate segments.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the Opera Sales system by entering new inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute function sheets weekly, presenting them during operations meetings.
  • Conduct property tours for potential clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, tracking trends and events year over year.
  • Coordinate activities related to booked meetings and events with various departments, ensuring that client expectations are met through effective communication.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Hoxton products and brand, actively seeking opportunities to upsell.
  • Perform necessary administrative tasks, ensuring accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly documentation for all groups.
  • Assist the sales team with in-house marketing initiatives, client hospitality events, presentations, and promotional activities as needed.
