Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Specialist to provide technical and clinical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural heart or cardiovascular field and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Gain in-depth knowledge of products and therapies to become a clinical and product expert
- Attend and support cases in the accounts to ensure successful outcomes
- Implement and execute sales force effectiveness initiatives to drive business growth and sales skills development
- Interact with physicians, assistants, and hospital education staff to support procedures and answer clinical questions
- Develop relationships with key customer groups and identify opportunities for growth
- Assist with product marketing and launches to ensure successful product adoption
- Participate in local and international workshops and congresses to stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Prepare and maintain equipment for wet labs and training sessions
- Provide technical support information to public tender and customer service departments
- Represent the Company in a professional manner and with the highest integrity
- Follow up on regulatory and quality procedures to ensure compliance
- Report on business progress and customer feedback to inform business decisions
- Collect and analyze market data to stay ahead of competitors
- Ensure maintenance of company property and assets
- University degree as a Perfusionist or similar
- Working experience in structural heart or cardiovascular field preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian fluency
- Good communication skills and a strong ethical character
- Team-oriented with a customer-centric approach
- Customer-focused and service-minded
Northern Italy, with a preference for Milan
