Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Therapy Specialist to provide technical and clinical support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and therapies to become a clinical and product expert.
  • Attend and support cases in the field, working closely with customers and our sales team.
  • Implement and execute sales force effectiveness initiatives to drive business growth and sales skills development.
  • Interact with physicians, their assistants, and hospital education staff to support procedures and answer clinical questions related to our products.
  • Build relationships with key customer groups and identify opportunities to leverage customer networks.
  • Assist with product marketing and launches, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout.
  • Participate in local and international workshops and congresses to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment for wet labs and training sessions.
  • Provide technical support information to our public tender and customer service departments as needed.
  • Represent Abbott in a professional manner, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality procedures.
  • Report on business progress and customer feedback.
  • Collect and analyze market data, tracking competitor activity.
  • Maintain company property and assets.

Qualifications

  • University degree as a Perfusionist or similar.
  • Working experience in structural heart or cardiovascular field preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal, as well as Italian fluency.
  • Strong communication skills and a sound ethical character.
  • Team-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
  • Customer-focused and service-minded.

Geographical Scope

Northern Italy, with a preference for Milan.
