Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Specialist to provide technical and clinical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perfusion or a related field and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and therapies to become a clinical and product expert
  • Attend and support cases in the field to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Implement and execute sales force effectiveness initiatives to drive business growth and sales skills development
  • Interact with physicians, their assistants, and hospital education staff to support procedures and answer clinical questions related to our products
  • Develop relationships with key customer groups and identify opportunities to utilize customer networks
  • Assist with product marketing and launches
  • Participate in local and international workshops and congresses to stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Prepare and maintain equipment for wet labs and training
  • Provide technical support information to public tender and customer service departments as needed
  • Represent Abbott in a professional manner and with the highest integrity
  • Follow up on regulatory and quality procedures
  • Report on business progress and customer feedback
  • Collect and analyze market data and track competitor activities
  • Ensure maintenance of company property and assets

Qualifications

  • University degree as a Perfusionist or similar
  • Working experience in structural heart or cardiovascular field preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian fluency
  • Good communication skills and strong ethical character
  • Team-oriented with customer needs as a driver
  • Customer-focused and service-minded
