About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Sales Engineer to join our team at Alfa Laval Corporate Ab. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and developing sales for assigned markets, maximizing business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Alfa Laval heat exchanger technology to customers in the Small Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil Gas, Power, Steel Chemical, Inorganic, and Chemical industries.
  • Collaborate with the project office and reference team to ensure efficient customer service and support.
  • Mentor and support colleagues in sizing heat exchangers for industrial process applications.
  • Handle and maintain general information for agents and support external process training and events.
  • Generate CRM offers, process orders, and follow up on sales cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Technical background in chemical process engineering.
  • Proven sales experience with customers in project-oriented businesses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to anticipate customer decisions and take initiative.
  • Open-minded and able to think cross-functionally.
