Role Description

The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Italian market, focusing on furniture, fashion, and luxury brands. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and a proven ability to translate client needs into innovative creative solutions leveraging our expertise.

Key Qualifications

  1. Experience: 5+ years of business development or sales experience in creative production, digital marketing, or related industries. Experience in the furniture or luxury markets is highly desirable.
  2. Network: A robust network of contacts within Italy's design, fashion, or luxury sectors.
  3. Skills: Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to pitch creative solutions and negotiate contracts.
  4. Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.
  5. Knowledge: Familiarity with imaging, post production, CGI, digital twinning, and content creation workflows is a plus.
  6. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
  7. Attitude: Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and a passion for creativity and innovation.
