Job Description
The Senior Business Development Representative for Luxury Brands will be responsible for growing Happy Finish's business in the Italian market by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Key qualifications include 5+ years of business development or sales experience in creative production, digital marketing, or related industries and a strong network of contacts within the Italian design, fashion, or luxury sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Italian market, focusing on furniture, fashion, and luxury brands.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CMOs, brand managers, and marketing directors.
  • Strategic Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and revenue goals.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions using Happy Finish's CGI, digital twinning, and creative production services.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that align with client needs.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
