Opportunity Overview: This internship presents a unique chance for recent graduates or master's students to enhance their expertise and professional skills within a forward-thinking environment.

Role Responsibilities: As a member of the Operations Department, you will engage in a project focused on refining the internal testing procedures of converting lines. The initiative aims to implement standardized statistical tools for evaluating data related to machinery testing.

  • Gain insights into the fundamental principles of converting lines and the internal testing methodologies.
  • Conduct analysis and mapping of the existing internal testing protocols, including documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various departments, including testing teams, technical offices, standardization, project management, and digital teams.
  • Identify and evaluate product quality metrics alongside machine and component performance to establish key testing analysis indicators.
  • Work with your mentor and team to pinpoint and assess opportunities for enhancing the testing protocol through improved analytical tools.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for internal stakeholders or customer use.
  • Learn and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and work management tools (such as SAP, Minitab, etc.).
  • Experience a cutting-edge manufacturing environment, interact with diverse roles, and understand the operations of a multinational corporation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Recent graduate or master's student in Engineering, ideally in Mechanical, Automation, Electronics, Management, or related fields.
  • Technical proficiency in mechanics with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong foundation and interest in statistical analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
