About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarding Sales Manager to join our team at JB Andrews. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activity for our newly created Milano branch from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for the branch's Air & Sea Freight activity.
  • Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives, providing guidance and support to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Vice President – Freight Forwarding Europe to establish best practices and modernize the business.
  • Support the regional and global network to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree educated or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Proven success and experience within the freight forwarding sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
