About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with potential clients in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by creating new business opportunities and building direct contacts with potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Implement established sales strategy plans and participate in commercial negotiations.
  • Prepare commercial offers and sales of the company's products.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyses, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in telco systems and technologies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Information Technology or Telecommunication.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales in Telecommunications/IT market.
  • Knowledge of telco systems and system architecture.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer interaction and sales presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
