La nostra azienda, Randstad Italia Spa, è alla ricerca di un candidato per un tirocinio di alta qualità nel team delle Risorse Umane. Il candidato ideale sarà un laureato in Economia, Scienze Statistiche o materie STEM con ottime capacità analitiche e una buona conoscenza di Microsoft Excel.
Responsabilità- Analisi dei dati relativi alla retribuzione e ai benefit dei dipendenti;
- Analisi delle politiche retributive e dei pacchetti benefit offerti dall'azienda;
- Supporto nella gestione dei sistemi informativi e dei software relativi alla gestione dei benefit;
- Redazione di report.
- Laurea in Economia, Scienze Statistiche o materie STEM;
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel;
- Familiarità con software di gestione HR.
- Tirocinio extracurriculare di 6 mesi;
- Full time, lunedì-venerdì;
- Rimborso spese di 800 euro.
