Inside Sales Representative

About the RoleWe're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales with a focus on customer centricity and data accuracy. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing sales orders and managing dispatch and administration of products and services sold
- Checking, processing, and confirming customer orders using our ERP system (SAP), ensuring compliance with delivery specifications and company guidelines
- Monitoring order statuses, managing backlogs, and handling finished goods inventory to maximize monthly and quarterly invoicing
- Supporting the Sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Upper secondary education; a university degree is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of Spanish and French will be an add-on
- Proficiency in Italian, especially in verbal communication (including phone conversations)
- Digital Competency: Strong digital skills and interest in tools like CRM, skills in MS Office, SAP, Power BI, and other tools for efficient order management
- Team Player & Organizational skills: A collaborative approach with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
This role will report to Team Lead Inside Sales South, Sales Europe, Advanced Materials. Residence near Genova is preferred.
