About the Role

We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales with a focus on customer centricity and data accuracy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing sales orders and managing dispatch and administration of products and services sold
  • Checking, processing, and confirming customer orders using our ERP system (SAP), ensuring compliance with delivery specifications and company guidelines
  • Monitoring order statuses, managing backlogs, and handling finished goods inventory to maximize monthly and quarterly invoicing
  • Supporting the Sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
About You

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Upper secondary education; a university degree is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of Spanish and French will be an add-on
  • Proficiency in Italian, especially in verbal communication (including phone conversations)
  • Digital Competency: Strong digital skills and interest in tools like CRM, skills in MS Office, SAP, Power BI, and other tools for efficient order management
  • Team Player & Organizational skills: A collaborative approach with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Location and Reporting

This role will report to Team Lead Inside Sales South, Sales Europe, Advanced Materials. Residence near Genova is preferred.
