About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient and effective use of resources. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production schedules, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in production planning and coordination.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
