Job Title: Plant Operating Planning Specialist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production schedules, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency
  • Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in production planning and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and excellent communication and analytical skills.
