Ferrero is a leading global confectionery company with a rich history and a strong commitment to innovation and quality. We are seeking a highly skilled Production Scheduler to join our team in Alba, Italy.
About the Role:In this key position, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient and effective use of resources. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality products to meet customer demands while minimizing costs and maximizing productivity.
Main Responsibilities:- Define production sequences to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement replenishment plans to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with production factors that influence output, such as CPK, constraints, and maintenance periods.
We are looking for a junior professional with about 2 years of experience in production scheduling or similar activities. You should hold a Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Management or Industrial Engineering and Economics. Proficiency in both Italian and English languages is essential, as is strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with the ability to use Excel and other tools.
