Job Title: Plant Operating Planning Specialist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production schedules, managing inventory levels, and optimizing production processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in production planning and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools.
