We are seeking an experienced Country Operations Manager to oversee and manage all operations within Italy for ALTERNATIVE LOANS EXPERIENCE TECHNOLOGIES IP. This is a hands-on role that involves leading various functions including managing, onboarding, customer success, credit, and compliance to ensure smooth and efficient processes aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing operational strategies, and monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, ensuring smooth and efficient processes aligned with company goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the local operations team, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new customers and partners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience, and continuously improving processes based on feedback and performance data.
- Customer Success: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, implement strategies for maximizing customer retention and growth, and address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Credit Management: Oversee credit approval and risk assessment processes, ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures, monitoring credit performance, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies, develop and enforce compliance policies and procedures, and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and make informed decisions, proficiency in G Suite.
- We would like: Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
