About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Abbott in Lombardy. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key opinion leaders and decision-makers
  • Provide product training and support to customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • At least 5-8 years of industry experience, preferably in commercial activities
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong knowledge of the in-vitro diagnostic industry and the healthcare market in Lombardy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems
