We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Abbott in Lombardy. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key opinion leaders and decision-makers
- Provide product training and support to customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least 5-8 years of industry experience, preferably in commercial activities
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong knowledge of the in-vitro diagnostic industry and the healthcare market in Lombardy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems
