Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Marketing Specialist to enhance our customer engagement strategies. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, assess, and refine upsell and cross-sell initiatives at every phase of the customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to elevate customer satisfaction levels.
  • Create and manage marketing automation content, including emails, forms, and landing pages.
  • Work in coordination with global Customer Marketing teams.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in developing upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including basic proficiency in Excel.
  • Fundamental graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Fluency in Italian (native or C2 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work towards defined KPIs.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in Customer Marketing or a related field.
  • Must be based in Rome or willing to relocate.
Additional Skills:
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce platforms.
  • Basic video marketing skills (e.g., Powtoon).
  • Knowledge of in-app messaging tools such as Beamer.
