Join Prysmian Group's HR Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Analyst to support our Workforce Planning & People Analytics team in delivering planning, reporting, and controlling activities.
As an HR Analyst, you will work closely with the HR and Finance Corporate Functions to prepare monthly HR Presentations, HR Dashboards, and HR KPIs analysis. You will also support the team in consolidating regional LC/HC budget and forecast, and elaborating HR ESG KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly HR Presentations and HR Dashboards at group level
- Support with monthly analysis of actual vs budget discrepancies
- Consolidate regional LC/HC budget and forecast
- Elaborate HR ESG KPIs
- Support the team in preparing the Annual Sustainability Report
Requirements:
- Master's degree in engineering or economics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to organize and analyze data
- Strong attention to details
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Italian and English
