Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting the market to identify, prioritize, and manage a sales pipeline, lead negotiations, and recruit high-potential Sellers onto the marketplace.
- Building strong relationships with new sellers and providing them with data-driven insights and a strong service to help them grow their business on the Leroy Merlin Marketplace.
- Monitoring and analyzing sellers' performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement to increase customer satisfaction, profitability, and operations performance.
- Coordinating and managing projects across the organization (IT, Retail, stores, finance, etc.) and communicating with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines for high-visibility projects.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to improve our offering and stay ahead of the competition.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail.
- Proven commercial and analytical skills.
- Proven interpersonal and relational skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Highly organized and results-oriented with a high degree of ownership.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of the E-commerce industry and Marketplace platforms is a plus.
