Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and product ranges to identify new business opportunities;
  • Build close relationships with suppliers and customers to drive sales and growth;
  • Conduct customer visits and analysis to understand their needs and develop value propositions;
  • Participate in production trials and small-scale trials with customers;
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Food Technology or related field;
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills;
  • High willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Very good knowledge of Italian and English (fluent in spoken and written);
  • A valid driving license;
  • The ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development.
