Position Overview
We are seeking a Global Sales Merchandising Manager to join our vibrant team at Pomellato.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the WW Sales Director and oversee a Sales Merchandiser to formulate and execute a global assortment strategy tailored to the specific needs of various sales channels and market dynamics.
- Work closely with Supply Chain and WHS/FHS Operations to accurately forecast new collections and ensure alignment on Open-to-Buy (OTB) targets and the replenishment process.
- Partner with Product Merchandising and Brand teams to harmonize collection briefs with merchandising goals and product positioning.
- Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities through diligent monitoring of orders, deliveries, and merchandise allocation.
- In conjunction with WHS and Retail Managers, ensure that sales teams are aligned with assortment strategies and objectives.
- Foster collaboration with Sales, Brand, Visual Merchandising, and other essential teams to promote a cooperative environment and shared insights.
Candidate Profile
- A seasoned professional with 5-8 years of pertinent experience in buying or merchandising within the luxury fashion, watches, and jewelry sectors.
- Adept at balancing short-term and long-term perspectives to devise optimal strategies for business success.
- Proficient in managing and interpreting numerical data to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- A collaborative team player, capable of working effectively across various functions.
- Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
