Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Merchandising Manager to join our dynamic team at POMELLATO S.P.A. in Milan.
Your Role
- Develop and lead global assortment strategy in line with sales channel and market specificities, as well as brand strategy.
- Partner with Supply Chain and WHS/FHS Operation departments to forecast new collections, align on OTB targets, and optimize replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with Product Merchandising and Brand departments to balance collection briefs with merchandising objectives and product positioning.
- Identify business growth opportunities through continuous monitoring of orders and deliveries, and merchandise allocation.
- Align sales teams with assortment strategy and objectives in collaboration with WHS and Retail Managers.
- Create synergies with Sales, Brand, Visual Merchandising, and other key functional teams to ensure a close collaborative relationship and mutual sharing.
Your Profile
- A professional with 5-8 years of relevant buying or merchandising experience in the fashion, watches, and jewelry luxury industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to balance mid- and long-term views to build effective business approaches.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English and Italian, with additional languages a plus.
