Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at our luxurious resort in Naples, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage sales activities to achieve maximum revenue per room occupied.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee all sales activities to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Motivate the sales team to meet quotas and achieve sales targets
- Negotiate and confirm sales to maximize revenue potential
- Implement and support sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Recruit, select, train, and guide sales department personnel to optimize performance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of four years' experience in a sales management role, preferably in the luxury resort industry
- Proven track record of exceptional sales experience and leadership skills
- Strong computer and math skills, with proficiency in MS Office and other software programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with employer matching. You will also receive time off plans, complimentary hotel stays, wellbeing initiatives, and tuition reimbursement.
