Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Key Account Manager to join our team at Angel. As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our strategic customers, working closely with the Sales and Commercial department to ensure excellent service and achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Commercial Function to manage assigned customers, ensuring they have an in-depth understanding of our products and solutions.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with customers through periodic meetings and visits to understand their needs and define customized solutions.
• Take care of after-sales management, monitoring customer satisfaction, managing complaints, and verifying invoicing and contractual milestones.
• Contribute to commercial negotiations, managing your assigned customer portfolio in compliance with our strategies and Group policies.
• Create periodic reports to summarize evidence found with customers, supporting the definition of internal technical and commercial priorities.
• Manage key customer and project data in our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Participate in defining and implementing go-to-market strategies for assigned products and engineering solutions.
• Collect and analyze data on product sales performance from key customers, identifying opportunities for improvement or growth.
• Coordinate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align business activities with product strategies and customer feedback.
Requirements:
• Degree in STEM (preferred) or Economics.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• 5 years of experience in similar roles at companies operating in the engineering/innovation field.
• Proactivity and problem-solving.
• Curiosity for technological and innovation topics.
• Strong commercial skills.
