Position Overview

The Junior Key Account role at Angel supports the commercial team in developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships. This position works closely with the Sales and Commercial department to ensure key customers receive exceptional service, contributing to sales objectives and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Function to manage assigned customers, ensuring they receive ongoing support and in-depth understanding of Angel's products and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular meetings and visits to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage after-sales activities, monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any complaints or non-conformities, ensuring all invoicing and contractual milestones are met and respected by both parties
  • Contribute to commercial negotiations, managing your assigned customer portfolio in line with the Commercial function's strategies and Group policies
  • Provide regular reports to the Commercial function, PMO, Technical Office, and Company Management, summarizing customer interactions to inform internal technical and commercial priorities
  • Manage key customer and project data in the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Participate in defining and implementing go-to-market strategies for assigned products and engineering solutions, ensuring key customers are informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle
  • Analyze data on product sales performance from key customers, identifying opportunities for improvement or growth
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align business activities with product strategies and customer feedback, ensuring company presentations of products and proprietary solutions remain current
Requirements
  • Degree in STEM (preferred) or Economics
  • Excellent English language skills
  • 5 years of experience in similar roles at companies operating in the engineering/innovation field
  • Proactivity and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in technological and innovation topics
  • Strong commercial skills
