Persevera, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the Tuscany region through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the pool and water treatment industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and increasing revenue.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
