We're looking for a talented individual to join our Travel Team as a Booking Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, delivering accurate solutions and detailed information about our products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our catalogue to propose travel arrangements that meet customer needs.
  • Respond to client inquiries and address complaints in a timely manner.
  • Manage social media groups and monitor customer interactions.
  • Perform daily follow-ups on bookings and ensure cross-team alignment of information and processes.
  • Prepare weekly reports for CS and Travel Coordinators.
Requirements and Attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in travel, tourism, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in front office roles, with a focus on sales or client service.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Good negotiation skills and knowledge of negotiation methods.
  • Ability to multitask and work irregular hours when required.
  • Availability to work in our office in Verona.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with other languages a plus.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience working in tour operators or the travel industry.
  • Previous experience as a booking agent, customer service representative, or in a related field.
