Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Buccellati. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for supporting the definition of recommended retail prices for all product categories and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the pricing process and update SAP accordingly
  • Monitor the monthly exchange rates evolution and propose corrective pricing actions if needed
  • Perform periodic analysis on product contribution margin
  • Assist with multiple IT projects dealing with SAP partners
  • Support product development by providing data and insights to inform product decisions
  • Analyze market and competitor trends to inform pricing and product strategies
  • Organize and deliver presentations to stakeholders
  • Support key assortment orders by region, analyzing inventory performance and developing merchandising strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in fashion or luxury industries
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI a plus
