Sales Leadership
Collaborate with the Store Director to enhance and optimize sales outcomes, consistently meeting overall financial targets while ensuring operational accuracy and tracking monthly profitability; Exhibit sales leadership by actively engaging with customers on the sales floor, ensuring premier customer service is delivered; Manage and oversee inventory levels through direct liaison with key business units to maximize full-price sales and maintain high turnover rates, aligning with new product introductions; Educate all team members on current collections to ensure comprehensive understanding of brand principles and seasonal strategies by partnering with relevant internal departments for product insights; Clearly comprehend company-defined KPIs and demonstrate the capability to devise strategies when performance metrics fall short; Uphold the Gucci image through appropriate attire and presence in accordance with company grooming standards.Client Engagement
Guide the team in establishing enduring client relationships and proposing local events through ongoing networking; Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and post-sale experiences to enhance and retain customer loyalty; Assist in the development and execution of company CRM initiatives by providing actionable plans to the team; Gather significant customer data to foster relationships and personalize future client engagement opportunities; Monitor and report on monthly CRM database activities.Operational Excellence
Partner with the Store Director to summarize monthly store performance in an end-of-month report, analyzing current business trends across all facets, including competitor analysis; Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures, including Operations, Human Resources, and security protocols; Ensure compliance with all Loss Prevention quarterly self-assessments, monthly inventory counts, incident reporting, and reconciliations to maintain annual inventory shrinkage below company benchmarks; Process incoming and outgoing merchandise requests and shipments daily; Provide accurate monthly staffing schedules by analyzing peak traffic periods to ensure sufficient floor coverage and timely payroll submissions for all staff; Support and uphold visual merchandising standards established by global headquarters; Maintain full organization of company assets according to back-of-house and front-of-house guidelines provided by headquarters.Talent Development
Assist the Store Director with monthly coaching and feedback sessions with associates to evaluate performance and provide timely insights; Support the performance evaluation process for all store personnel and establish annual employee objectives; Collaborate with the Store Director to identify and create development plans for underperformers and succession plans for high-potential talent; Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team while building a talent pipeline through networking and competitive analysis; Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires; Manage the allocation of staff resources and scheduling to effectively drive sales and uphold high customer service standards.Essential Qualifications
Minimum of 4-6 years of management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-oriented sectors; A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; High standards of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to inspire trust and influence a team; Capability to analyze sales reports, identify business trends, and respond swiftly to business needs; Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset; Proven track record of fostering positive customer experiences that build loyalty and yield measurable outcomes; Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Strong commercial awareness and business acumen; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Outstanding organizational abilities; Passion for the Fashion Industry; Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.Key Principles for Effective Work
