We are seeking a highly skilled Residences Supervisor to join our team at Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our re-rental aparthotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve strategic goals and ensure the successful operation of the re-rental aparthotel.
  • Communicate effectively with apartment owners regarding terms of personal use of the apartment on the re-rental program and participate in internal meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager, FOM, and Housekeeping department to manage and ensure all Residences Owner's requests are met and fulfilled.
  • Organize and coordinate the entire business within the aparthotel, including renovation and adaptation works in the apartments.
  • Communicate the terms of use of the apartment with the owners and ensure regular oral and written communication with apartment owners regarding apartment maintenance and contracts.
  • Monitor the occupancy of apartments under lease agreements and make calculations for the owner's rental invoices.
  • Monitor Pay-Master accounts for owner's extra charge, prepare Pro-forma invoices on a regular basis, and close bills and send invoices properly.
  • Organize cleaning and preparation of apartments for the arrival of the owner and perform periodic control of the owner's apartments that are rented out.
  • Monitor and control the work of the building manager's & external employees in the building and propose and agree on the necessary actions and repairs of the common areas of the building in agreement with the owners committee.
  • Regularly monitor the apartments - also when owners are away and provide regular cleaning service for the apartments on request, minor repairs, maintenance work with internal technical department and after suggestion of our Executive Engineer eventually external supplier if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English & German with strong Front Office background.
  • Completed hospitality vocational training.
  • Professional appearance and outstanding manners.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and Protel skills is an advantage.
  • A can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong solution orientation.
