Key Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner will be involved in the following activities:
- Recruiting: responsible for all aspects/phases of the recruiting process, including job definitions, interviews, and job offers.
- Training: identify training needs and deploy the most appropriate training activities in accordance with Group and Local programs.
- Support business managers in all People Development processes/initiatives.
- Define and implement an Employer Branding strategy at country level.
- Support the Holding HRM in implementing HR policies and best practices.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related topics.
Key Skills
Strong communications and influencing skills, good cross-cultural awareness, enthusiasm, team player, self-motivated, and well-organized.
Location
Milano - Cinisello Balsamo, with occasional travel for 20-30% of the time.
