Key Responsibilities
- Assist the F&B team in checking guest reservation books, tracking occupancy charts, and providing top-notch customer service.
- Develop skills to greet guests warmly, guide them to their preferred tables, and respond to their needs promptly and professionally.
- Answer telephones according to hotel standards, take guest reservations, and offer information about the restaurant and other hotel services.
- Consistently recognize regular guests by name and utilize their names throughout interactions.
- Contribute to the inspection and maintenance of daily menus, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, condition, and appearance.
- Provide support to other restaurant positions as needed.
