Join Our Team as an Account Manager Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager Team Leader to join our team at Glovo. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy for the growth of small-medium enterprises in a specific area, leveraging Glovo's growth assets and tools.
  • Lead a team of 8+ talented individuals to greatness, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards defined targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish goals for the team and evaluate their performance, handling performance management and talent development.
  • Contribute to the team's development and learning, fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth and innovation.
  • Generate best practices and processes that can be replicated across all areas, leading by example and setting high standards for the team.
  • Be a Salesforce power user, analyzing results, identifying sales opportunities, and driving positive changes.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing high-performance commercial teams.
  • A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.
  • Ambition, empathy, inclusivity, and a curious attitude across the business and industry.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals.
  • Previous work experience in a startup or high-demanding environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication abilities, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Native Italian and English full professional proficiency.
