We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager Team Leader to join our team at Glovo. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Account Management Team to achieve our business objectives.

About the Role

The Account Manager Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue for our partners
  • Leading a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure their growth and success

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing high-performance commercial teams
  • A data-driven mentality and ability to make decisions based on data
  • Strong leadership and business fundamentals, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
  • Native Italian and English language proficiency
