  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 6 Account Managers to achieve revenue targets and organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the advertising experience for clients on Amazon Advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and advocate for customer needs.
  • Hire and develop a world-class team to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising or client-facing roles, with 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to establish effective partnerships and drive cross-team initiatives.
  • Advanced level of English and Italian.
