About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team at Belmond Castello di Casole. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our F&B department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure exceptional food and beverage quality and service in all restaurants, bars, and banqueting areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a high-performing team of hospitality professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and ensure food quality and consistency.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and inclusivity, promoting Belmond's values and mission.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading successful F&B teams in luxury hotels or restaurants.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Fluent English, Italian, and possibly French language skills.
  • Multi-departmental budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
