Job Title: Client Development Director

Adlook is seeking a seasoned Client Development Director to lead our regional client portfolio and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our client relationships, providing strategic guidance, and delivering exceptional client services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and product development teams
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions to clients, ensuring their business objectives are met
  • Lead key client meetings and presentations, collaborating with sales teams to drive business results
  • Manage and develop a high-performing regional Client Development team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate on efficiency and effectiveness initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in adtech, preferably in a DSP, SSP, measurement, ad serving solutions, or data provider
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen, with experience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven solutions
  • Proven track record of driving account growth with large customer accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous managerial experience required, with ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Proficient in English and Italian at a business level, with Spanish proficiency highly desirable
