**Job Summary:**
Moncler Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Area Manager to lead the sales and business development efforts for our Enfant Kidswear collections in Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Greece.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Market Analysis and Sales Strategy:** Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop sales strategies to maximize sales of Moncler Kidswear collections in the assigned area.
- **Business Development:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale accounts, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
- **Sales Campaign Management:** Manage and execute sales campaigns in Milan Show-room, driving clients and seasonal sellers to reach sales targets.
- **Client Management:** Ensure all clients adhere to merchandising guidelines, providing qualitative and quantitative reports to support sales growth.
- **Order Management:** Manage orders, resolving customer issues related to deliveries, payments, reorders, and other concerns.
- **Marketing Activities:** Collaborate with key partners to develop and execute marketing activities that support sales growth.
- **Product Knowledge Training:** Schedule regular visits to accounts to provide product knowledge training and qualitative reports.
- **Sellout Data Analysis:** Collect and analyze sellout data to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in wholesale sales and business development in the luxury brand industry.
- Solid product knowledge and strong luxury feeling, with experience in kidswear business.
- Deep knowledge of the assigned markets, with a proven track record in sales and establishing relationships with key accounts.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with confidence to challenge and drive results.
- Excellent reporting and analytic skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent communication skills in English, with knowledge of Russian a plus.
