Enfant Wholesale Area Manager Eastern Europe, Middle East, Greece

Moncler Spa is seeking a highly skilled Enfant Wholesale Area Manager to join our team in Milan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales of Moncler Kidswear collections in the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Greece regions. This will involve developing new and existing business relationships with wholesale accounts, analyzing market trends, and providing input to the company's sales strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor market trends and sales performance to provide insights to the company
- Contribute to the development of the company's sales budget plan and sales forecasts
- Develop and maintain key relationships with wholesale accounts in line with the company's positioning and market characteristics
- Manage sales campaigns and drive clients to reach sales targets
- Ensure all clients adhere to merchandising guidelines and meet sales targets
- Manage orders, customer issues, and marketing activities with key partners
- Schedule regular visits to accounts for product knowledge training and reporting
- Collect and analyze sellout data
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in wholesale sales in the luxury brand industry
- Solid product knowledge and strong luxury feeling
- Experience in kidswear business
- Deep knowledge of the assigned markets
- Proven track record in sales and establishing relationships with key accounts
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent reporting and analytic skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package
