* Direct and coordinate activities to promote the sale of products and solutions in the assigned segment
* Develop direct personal contact with target accounts and routinely conduct customer visits
* Contribute to the development and execution of pricing strategies to increase penetration and improve profit
* Coordinate commercial negotiations with customers
* Contribute to strategic plans and propose initiatives to drive business growth
* Report business performance on a monthly basis with detailed analysis of orders, sales, and customer satisfaction
* Work closely with the customer service team to respond to customer needs
* Drive continuous improvement and develop relevant KPIs to engage initiatives
* Provide feedback on emerging trends and opportunities to marketing and sales managers
* Assist the finance department in managing receivables
* Develop and manage the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance reviews
Requirements:
* Preferred engineering or business degree with relevant sales or marketing experience
* Solid experience in sales environment for industrial products
* Ability and interest to develop and grow employees in a sales team
* Solid presentation and computer skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English languages
