Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Territory Manager to drive business growth and lead the field sales team in the Italian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets and cultivating a hunger for success within your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, inspire, and empower a team of Field Sales Executives to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to propel business growth, gain market share, and identify new market opportunities.
- Monitor field sales performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and merchants.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with the skills to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a high-performing team.
- Solid strategic acumen, adept at recognizing and capitalizing on new market opportunities for innovation and advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational prowess to foster robust relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of digital solutions and their impact on businesses.
- Fluent in English and Italian, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.
