Job Description: The main responsibility of this role is to drive the growth and sales of the AudioCodes Meeting Insights solution in the EMEA region. This involves managing a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on renewals and upsell conversations.
• Work closely with customers to help them achieve their business goals and become a trusted advisor and ambassador of change in their workplace.
• Protect existing revenue streams, identify opportunities and risks, and meet net retention and CSAT/NPS KPIs through data-driven analysis, planning, and execution.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and promote internal advocacy.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS Customer Success role.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to connect and build strong relationships with customers' key stakeholders.
• Consultative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately forecast and hit revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and tools, with experience working with Salesforce and web-based technologies an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial leader with full command of the English language and fluency in two or more of the languages: Dutch, Italian, German, or French.
