Sennder Italia is seeking a skilled Pricing Manager to join our team in Milan. As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness across the South Region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and deploy regional pricing strategies to drive business growth and customer retention.
  2. Implement scalable pricing processes using data-driven insights and automation to streamline decision-making.
  3. Monitor and adjust pricing structures to meet or exceed profitability goals, responding proactively to market changes.
  4. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to ensure aligned pricing strategies.
  5. Build, mentor, and lead a pricing team across the South Region, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  6. Guarantee all pricing strategies comply with local laws and corporate policies, maintaining ethical standards and corporate integrity.
  7. Oversee the design and implementation of departmental objectives and metrics, including career development plans for team members.
  8. Initiate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to promote best practices and innovations.
  9. Manage budgets and resources to align with company objectives, optimizing both growth and productivity.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing regional pricing strategies, ideally within the transport or logistics sector.
  • Proven leadership in managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • At least five years in analytical roles such as Pricing Manager or Revenue Manager, with experience in tech, solutions consulting, or logistics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for advanced data analysis.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Looker is a plus.
  • Proficiency in understanding and applying forecasting models to predict market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable pricing frameworks and processes that enhance efficiency and adapt to market changes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing pricing performance and managing budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
