About the Role

Sennder is Europe's leading digital freight forwarder, and we're looking for a skilled Pricing Manager to join our team in the Pricing department. As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness across Iberia and Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy regional pricing strategies to drive business growth and customer retention.
  • Implement scalable pricing processes using data-driven insights and automation to streamline decision-making.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing structures to meet or exceed profitability goals, responding proactively to market changes.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to ensure aligned pricing strategies.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a pricing team across the South Region, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Guarantee all pricing strategies comply with local laws and corporate policies, maintaining ethical standards and corporate integrity.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of departmental objectives and metrics, including career development plans for team members.
  • Initiate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to promote best practices and innovations.
  • Manage budgets and resources to align with company objectives, optimizing both growth and productivity.
About You

We're looking for a talented individual with a proven track record in developing and executing regional pricing strategies, preferably within the transport or logistics sector. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a geographically dispersed team and ensuring that all pricing strategies are aligned with the company's goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in analytical roles such as Pricing Manager or Revenue Manager, with a strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for advanced data analysis. Experience with business intelligence tools like Looker is a plus. Additionally, you will have the ability to design and implement scalable pricing frameworks and processes that enhance efficiency and adapt to market changes.
