sennder is a digital freight forwarder revolutionizing road logistics in Europe. We are seeking a Pricing Strategic Manager, Region South to drive our growth and success.

We are a dynamic team looking for a Pricing Strategic Manager, Region South in the Pricing department to lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across Southern Europe. The role can be based in our Madrid or Milan office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement regional pricing strategies to drive business growth and customer retention.
  • Develop and deploy scalable pricing processes using data-driven insights and automation to streamline decision-making.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing structures to meet or exceed profitability goals, responding to market changes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to ensure aligned pricing strategies.
  • Lead a geographically diverse pricing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all pricing strategies comply with local laws and corporate policies, upholding ethical standards and corporate integrity.
  • Oversee departmental objectives and metrics, including career development plans for team members.
  • Initiate and conduct training sessions to promote best practices and innovations.
  • Manage budgets and resources to align with company objectives, optimizing growth and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing regional pricing strategies, preferably in the transport or logistics sector.
  • Proven leadership in managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • At least five years in analytical roles such as Pricing Manager or Revenue Manager, with experience in tech, solutions consulting, or logistics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for advanced data analysis.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Looker is a plus.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable pricing frameworks and processes that enhance efficiency and adapt to market changes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing pricing performance and managing budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
