We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Account Specialist to join our team in Pesaro. As an HR Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the success of our filiale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and support;
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives;
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and apply this knowledge to improve our services.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in HR software and systems.
