Join Our Team as an HR Account Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Account Specialist to join our team at Ali Lavoro. As an HR Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, building relationships with clients, and supporting the commercial team in achieving ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met;
  • Support the commercial team in achieving sales targets and expanding the client base;
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in HR and recruitment, with a passion for delivering exceptional results;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Proactive and flexible, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in using HR software and tools.
