We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Account Specialist to join our team in Pesaro. As an HR Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the success of our filiale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and support;
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and success;
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and deliver results;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and services.
